Ruby Ley

I am thrilled to be a part of the PROception team and to be working alongside such a passionate, dedicated individuals. My career journey has taken me from brand ambassador roles with prestigious airlines where I honed my skills in high-level customer service and global brand storytelling, to working with the Metropolitan Police as an officer in the West End over the past several years. During this time, I built strong relationships with local businesses and took on a leadership role in VAWG initiatives, focused on making a real impact in the community. I have had the privilege of getting to know many of the PROception and Vigilant team through the Safe Haven initiative. The PROception mission resonates deeply with my own values of delivering exceptional service and making a positive difference. I’m truly honoured to now be a part of this incredible team!
