Catreona oversees the Administration department in the position of Administration Manager following her time in PROception as Business Support Manager. Cat is responsible for leading the team in providing office and administrative support to Vigilant Security. She brings with her over 10 years’ experience in customer service management where she worked alongside and supported commercial sales at the footwear and outdoor clothing brand, Hunter. Cat’s extensive background within customer service management has given her the understanding and skillset to ensure that the highest standard of customer service is delivered to our clients at all times.
