Chris Glen
Head of Operations
Chris Glen is our Head of Operations in London, he acts as the first point of contact for contract managers as well as an escalation point for clients ensuring on the ground assistance, support, guidance and mentoring is provided. Chris reports directly to the company’s Operations Director, Guy Rampe. Chris has previously held the positions of site manager, strategic Account Manager and Strategic Account Director. Chris joined the business in 2023 following sustained growth and brings with him a wealth of experience drawn from within the security sector as well as having served in the Metropolitan Police Service for 16 years.
