Clients Operations Support Manager
Michelle is the Operations Support Manager who is responsible for the Front Of House Operations for all of our London sites, working closely with the teams on the ground and also liaising with the clients to ensure the service is running smoothly. Michelle also looks after the dedicated Front Of House cover team to ensure that our clients receive a solid and consistent level of cover across the portfolio. Michelle was previously working as our Guest Experience Manager.
