Mikaela Mikalef

Mikaela is one of our Guest Experience Managers. She is extremely passionate about guest experience and will focus on team training and mentorship, customer journey enhancement, pop-ups, image and uniform, CSR, marketing, staff events and bespoke site audits.

Prior to joining PROception, she was a Guest Experience Manager for four years based on a corporate portfolio, where she was responsible for maintaining a lovely working environment for all the staff and visitors.
