Trained as a formal accountant and with over 13 years of experience in the corporate finance industry, Poonam has worked with organisations across a plethora of industries, including worldwide organisations, supporting them with their succession planning, specifically or on their board via an appointment or through director-level training.
Poonam joined the Vigilant Security board in 2021 as Non-Executive Director and also provides oversight of the company’s progress on Diversity and Inclusion. Her specialisms in director-level training include the Role of a Company Director, Excellent Corporate Governance, Finance for Non-Finance Directors/Managers, Buying and Selling Businesses, and the Role of a Non-Executive Director. Poonam is CEO of FDS Director Services, where she leads all projects and director-level training with the support of Chairman Jo Haigh. She is passionate about helping organisations and directors with their business journeys, whatever their stage.
