Ruby Ley

Ruby joins PROception as our new Head of Operations in London, overseeing the day‑to‑day management of our Front of House operation while supporting the continued growth of our Guest Experience Team.

She brings extensive operational and customer‑focused experience, including several years with the Metropolitan Police in the West End, where she built strong relationships with local businesses and led on VAWG initiatives. Ruby has also worked internationally as a Brand Ambassador for Emirates and British Airways, developing strong expertise in premium customer service and brand representation.

She has previously collaborated with both PROception and Vigilant through the Safe Haven initiative, and her values align closely with our mission of delivering exceptional service and positive experiences.
