Ruth McGowan is our Head of Business for PROception and is responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of the day-to-day operational management, ensuring the correct procedures and processes are being followed across all contracts and implementing any required changes to shape our 6-star service delivery for the future. Ruth also ensures that our high standards are met to the client’s requirements at all times, through operational and strategic planning. Ruth was brought in at the inception of the PROception business, she is an ex Police Constable and was previously a brand ambassador for Emirates Airline.
