We are delighted to announce that PROception have recently achieved an Accreditation for Service and Business Excellence from the Hospitality Assured UK Standard for Service and Business Excellence. We are thrilled to be awarded this accreditation as one of only two Front of House businesses within our sector to have this qualification in the UK.
The Hospitality Assured Accreditation is a mark of customer excellence with increased promotion and public awareness, it is an important identifier of customer service excellence. Hospitality Assured is the quality standard created by the Institute of Hospitality specifically for customer-facing businesses. They inspire and enable organisations to maximise their full potential by following world-class processes and customer service standards while enhancing employee engagement.
The detailed audit was completed by our dedicated team and enabled our organisation to ascertain how we measured up with the key indicators in the Service Standard, identifying what actions we were required to take to meet the standard. Hospitality Assured benchmarked our organisation against similar businesses being assessed and the scoring system has allowed us to identify areas of weakness. This has allowed us to compare our performance with others operating in the same sectors and the wider hospitality sector in general.
As a result of this detailed audit, we have implemented new and improved processes and operational efficiency. It has also given our colleagues the opportunity to utilise thinking of continual improvement, technology and service excellence. We want our colleagues to feel empowered, listened to, motivated and part of a dynamic team where they can share new ideas and service improvements that positively benefit PROception and our clients.
